The best garage in the UK! I spent over six months looking for a garage that could actually fix my gearbox. Other places, like TES Westbury, kept telling me the gearbox was fine, even though the car wasn't moving at all. (It's a 2015 Peugeot 308 GT Line). JT fixed it and had the car back on the road in about a week. I'm so grateful and wish them all the best—they do brilliant work. If I had found them sooner, I would have saved a lot of money on recovery trucks and moving the car from garage to garage. Top garage! Keep up the great work!

Dealt with Saffron and the team regarding an automatic transmission issue on my ford focus. Can't praise Saffron and the team enough with the clear communication and constantly keeping me updated throughout it all. Highly recommend

Cannot fault them. I had an issue with my gearbox, I had 3 garages tell me to scrap the car but I didn't want a new a car. These came recommended to me by another transmission company that didn't want to touch my Audi A4. I got a fixed quote to rebuild my gearbox on the first phone call, booked in 10 days later for 7-10 days work, was called 4 working days later, car ready to collect. Everyone was very helpful and honest I would not hesitate to use them again. It has a 2 year / 24k warranty all for a third of the price of a new gearbox from main dealer.

My lovely old girl is home. It would have been immoral to scrap this great car. I found this company on line and booked her in. I did read the glowing reviews which made my mind up for me. So simple and professional dealing with them. I would recommend anyone who doesn’t want to part with a good car to contact them. Family business family values. And I cannot finish without a glowing review for Roy RBS for picking my car up and delivering it back. If you can afford to repair your old faithful just do it. Thank you all at JT Automatics.

Our VW T6 broke down and it turned out to be the diff pack and driveshafts. A local garage wanted over £4.5k so I did some calling about. So many didn't come back to me but JT gave me a quote on the phone and availability within 2 weeks and were also nearly £2k cheaper. They gave me the number of a guy called Roy who did the pick up and drop off on his low loader - he was brilliant and kept us informed all the way. I opted to pay extra and have the second drive shaft done which they agreed to do without hesitation. It was completed within the allotted time and came with a commercial vehicle 1 yr warranty. They've been about for donkeys years and know their stuff. I would 100% recommend
