So pleased with every aspect of dealing with the whole team (especially the two cutest little dogs I met when collecting the car, who were a great asset to the company! 😁). Long standing issue with my car which others had not been able/skilled enough to diagnose. JT took the time to identify it, and resolved it. Wow…what a terrific company!! Took my Mercedes in to them with a jerky transmission after my daughter’s car being repaired brilliantly by JT some time ago. Extremely professional and experts in their field. Took the car in straight away at my request! Diagnosed the issue, dealt with the warranty company and kept me fully updated at all times. Craig and Wayne worked on my car I believe…very very knowledgeable and approachable. Shelley and Saffron were so obliging and efficient. Pleasure dealing with them. JT Automatics did a fantastic job rebuilding the gearbox on my MK2 Diesel Insignia in April. Everybody I dealt with from the receptionists to the technician were friendly and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. The 24 month / 24,000 mile warranty brings incredible peace of mind. Thank you for the great job!

As a cab driver I use a lot of garages. This one is by far the most honest and capable garage I have ever used. I got great feed back on my car and a good fix on my gear box. Quality thank guys

Had my a5 s-tronic gearbox repaired by these guys and they made it an absolute pleasure, mechatronics unit repaired, new clutch pack and gear linkage loom replaced. Dropped it off on Wednesday had a phone call to pick it up 10am Monday morning and they came in 1k-1.5k cheaper than the other quotes I dad received. The office staff are very polite and a pleasure to deal with and the workshop guys where very knowledgeable when it came to explaining exactly what needed doing with my specific gearbox. Would 100% recommend using these guys!
