My lovely old girl is home. It would have been immoral to scrap this great car. I found this company on line and booked her in. I did read the glowing reviews which made my mind up for me. So simple and professional dealing with them. I would recommend anyone who doesn’t want to part with a good car to contact them. Family business family values. Our VW T6 broke down and it turned out to be the diff pack and driveshafts. A local garage wanted over £4.5k so I did some calling about. So many didn't come back to me but JT gave me a quote on the phone and availability within 2 weeks and were also nearly £2k cheaper. They gave me the number of a guy called Roy who did the pick up and drop off on his low loader - he was brilliant and kept us informed all the way. I opted to pay extra and have the second drive shaft done which they agreed to do without hesitation. It was completed within the allotted time and came with a commercial vehicle 1 yr warranty. They've been about for donkeys years and know their stuff. I would 100% recommend

The best,I have used them a couple of times over the years always pleased with their work,but this time it was something else, my gearbox was not always changing up into higher gears,I was told by garages and Range Rover forums, it would be a new gearbox. but I called JT and spoke to a young Lady (As lovely as she sounded) she said bring it up and they would look at it for me,When I arrived I waited about 10 mins and a gentleman came out and did a diagnostic test and asked me to describe the problem,he then took my car for a test drive,there were no faults on the computer he asked if all my tyres were the same size I said yes of course what's that got to do with anything, he explained the reason he asked I said I have got a front tyre a bit worn on the outer edge he said that could be the problem. The next day I had the tyre changed gearbox working fine I was charged £40 for a full printout and a 30 min test drive I was expecting the worst but his knowledge and expertise saved me a fortune, that's what you call knowing your stuff, you wouldn't find that in a workshop manual. Had my a5 s-tronic gearbox repaired by these guys and they made it an absolute pleasure, mechatronics unit repaired, new clutch pack and gear linkage loom replaced. Dropped it off on Wednesday had a phone call to pick it up 10am Monday morning and they came in 1k-1.5k cheaper than the other quotes I dad received. The office staff are very polite and a pleasure to deal with and the workshop guys where very knowledgeable when it came to explaining exactly what needed doing with my specific gearbox. Would 100% recommend using these guys!
