My Audi A1 broke down, diagnosed with gearbox fault. Thankfully i found JT Automatics over in Erith after doing some research. Not only did they give great advice over the phone, Shelley was able to squeeze the gearbox repair in-between jobs whilst being fully booked. Their independent driver Roy who recovered my car from Essex was so friendly and helpful. I received phone calls throughout the duration my car was with them with updates (5 star service). My car was fixed earlier than expected, i'm so happy with the service they provided, experts in their field and a pleasure to deal with. Car is running better than it did before it broke down. Highly recommend this garage for any Auto Gearbox repairs and will be using in future if ever needed. Thank you to the team for your help! Excellent - friendly and knowledgeable. Diagnosed that that the noise was probably not from gearbox but from wheel bearing. Unlike Nissan main dealer who said need new gearbox and quoted £6123 for new gearbox. And that didn’t include fitting it!!

Had my a5 s-tronic gearbox repaired by these guys and they made it an absolute pleasure, mechatronics unit repaired, new clutch pack and gear linkage loom replaced. Dropped it off on Wednesday had a phone call to pick it up 10am Monday morning and they came in 1k-1.5k cheaper than the other quotes I dad received. The office staff are very polite and a pleasure to deal with and the workshop guys where very knowledgeable when it came to explaining exactly what needed doing with my specific gearbox. Would 100% recommend using these guys!

Rebuilt my automatic gearbox and torque converter at price quoted. Found faults on the engine management unit. Knock sensors needed replacing as well as the ICU. Ordered and fitted parts . They went well beyond what I expected. My Alphard is a Japanese import, so parts are a bit harder to come by. Sourced my ICU from China. Cost of fitting was more than reasonable. Cars running beautifully.
